Primary Function
Maintain and/or coordinate electronic channels to ensure consistent delivery of Credit Union products and services in a professional, accurate, and knowledgeable manner. Develop, maintain, and/or coordinate information and content for online banking, mobile applications, bill pay, member statements, and form development.
Essential Functions
- Monitor digital products and services to ensure all products are functioning as intended.
- Monitor product usage reports for Digital Channels to determine if the product is functioning properly and if members need assistance with utilization of products.
- Monitor and report any digital service that is offline or not responding and advise management.
- Assist with the training of staff involved with digital service and/or functions.
- Assist in coordinating channel content, notices, promotions, and regulatory disclosures with the Marketing Department.
- Assist in implementing and testing of policy and procedural changes relevant to updates and system upgrades with regards to the products and services.
- Assist in supporting staff with core related issues ranging from help desk issues to project implementation.
- Assist and support as an advisor to staff on digital service functionality and features to assist with member education and training of staff.
Experience and Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to present a professional and personable personality that communicates to members and visitors that the Credit Union is a professional financial institution.
- Ability to prioritize duties as to devote attention to protecting the interests of the Credit Union and provide a quality service to its membership.
- Ability to effectively review documents.
- Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to perform necessary computer-related input.
Job Qualifications (Education/Experience)
- High school diploma or GED.
- One to three years similar or related work experience in a credit union or financial institution preferred.
