Digital Assurance & Transparency - Digital Assets Senior Associate
The opportunity to engage with clients and evaluate their digital environments, focusing on processes, controls, cybersecurity measures, and data systems. Within our Assurance practice, you will help organizations and their stakeholders build trust in their technology while adhering to relevant regulations. Responsibilities
- Evaluating digital environments to assess processes, controls, and cybersecurity measures
- Analyzing compliance with regulations and governance frameworks to enhance data reliability
- Utilizing auditing methodologies to conduct thorough assessments of internal controls
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Developing and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
- Leveraging cloud engineering and AI platforms to optimize digital assurance processes
- Conducting data quality assurance testing to validate data integrity and accuracy
- Collaborating with teams to navigate complex situations and deliver quality outcomes
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and independence requirements
- Engaging in continuous learning to deepen technical skills and adapt to changing business contexts
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting
- Current pursuit of or an active CPA or CISA license
- Experience with digital assets or blockchain
- Utilizing auditing methodologies to enhance digital asset assurance
- Demonstrating analytical thinking in complex problem-solving scenarios
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving business contexts
- Developing insights through data quality assessment and validation
- Navigating ambiguity while maintaining professional standards
Pay
The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state, the salary range is $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
