Digital Assets Senior Manager
About the Role
As a Digital Assets Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in integrating and architecting enterprise solutions within our Advisory practice. You will drive blockchain readiness and functional technologies, working closely with clients to deliver innovative solutions aligned with their strategic goals. Your role involves leveraging business architecture and process modeling to create seamless workflows and enhance operational efficiency. You will guide large projects, innovate processes, and interact with clients at a strategic level to provide valuable insights and drive project success. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams will contribute significantly to the firm’s success. You will apply sound judgment and strategic questioning to navigate complex challenges, utilizing agile methodologies and embracing change in the fast-evolving digital assets landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture initiatives to support blockchain readiness and integration.
- Guide teams in the development and implementation of blockchain business solutions.
- Utilize agile methodology to enhance project integration and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to drive business continuity and process standardization.
- Develop decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts using Solidity and Rust programming languages.
- Promote the adoption of consortium and permissioned blockchains within the payments industry.
- Validate blockchain systems for regulatory compliance and security standards.
- Coordinate rapid experimentation and strategic questioning to innovate blockchain indexing and tokenization solutions.
- Oversee technology integration and enterprise application integration to optimize business process workflows.
- Coach teams to embrace change and cultivate intellectual curiosity in blockchain development and Web3 initiatives.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 7 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in one of the following fields: Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or Operations/Supply Chain.
- Advanced skills in blockchain development and smart contract creation.
- Experience utilizing Agile methodology to drive project success and adaptability.
- Leadership in enterprise architecture initiatives with a focus on integration and innovation.
- Ability to navigate complex blockchain regulatory and compliance landscapes effectively.
- Experience developing decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain business solutions.
- Strong strategic questioning and analytical thinking to solve complex problems.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
