Digital Assets Manager
About the Role
As a Digital Assets Manager, you will lead the integration and platform architecture efforts within our Advisory practice, focusing on enterprise architecture to drive innovation and efficiency. You will guide and develop teams, manage client service accounts, and oversee client engagement workstreams. This role places you at the forefront of blockchain readiness, working within the Business & Supply Chain Operations network to implement cutting-edge solutions. You will embrace technology and innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while analyzing complex problems and developing high-quality deliverables to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture initiatives to integrate blockchain solutions within client environments
- Manage client engagements and drive the adoption of blockchain technologies across various sectors
- Guide teams in the development and implementation of decentralized applications and smart contracts
- Utilize agile methodology to enhance project integration and streamline business process workflows
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and innovation
- Develop strategies for blockchain regulatory compliance and business continuity planning
- Promote operational excellence through process standardization and technology integration
- Oversee the deployment of blockchain indexing and tokenization solutions for real-world assets
- Coach team members to enhance their skills in blockchain development and enterprise application integration
- Validate data integrity and security within blockchain systems and consortium networks
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
Qualifications
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
- Analytics/Data Science

- Computer Science/Information Systems

- Mathematics/Statistics
- Operations/Supply Chain
Skills
- Proficiency in blockchain technologies and decentralized applications (dApps)
- Experience utilizing Agile methodology to drive project management and software development
- Strategic planning and execution within the payments industry
- Development of smart contract solutions using Solidity and Rust programming languages
- Ability to embrace change and innovation in blockchain regulatory and compliance environments
- Leadership in enterprise architecture initiatives to enhance business process workflows
Pay
The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
