The Digital Assets Senior Manager role is pivotal in shaping the future of enterprise architecture within our Advisory practice. You will leverage integration and platform architecture skills to drive innovative solutions that meet client needs in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. As a Director, you will set strategic direction, lead business development efforts, make impactful decisions, oversee multiple projects, and maintain executive-level client relations. This role drives business growth, shapes client engagements, and mentors future leaders while upholding our reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.

You will engage directly with clients, focusing on blockchain readiness and functional technologies to enhance business and supply chain operations. Cultivating potential in others and collaborating across the PwC Network, you will leverage collective strength to maximize client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic initiatives in blockchain readiness and enterprise architecture
  • Oversee integration of blockchain systems with existing enterprise applications
  • Drive business growth through innovative blockchain solutions and decentralized applications
  • Manage multiple projects focused on blockchain regulatory compliance and business continuity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational excellence and process standardization
  • Develop and implement business process workflows to optimize efficiency and accuracy
  • Promote adoption of agile methodologies and rapid experimentation in blockchain development
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to identify and address blockchain challenges
  • Guide teams in strategic questioning and analysis of blockchain technologies and their applications
  • Facilitate creation of technical documentation for blockchain systems and solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 9 years of experience

Qualifications

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:

  • Analytics/Data Science
  • Business Administration/Management
  • Computer Science/Information Systems
  • Economics
  • Engineering
  • Mathematics/Statistics
  • Operations/Supply Chain
  • Proficiency in blockchain technologies and decentralized applications
  • Experience utilizing Agile methodologies for project management and software development
  • Leadership in enterprise architecture initiatives with a focus on integration
  • Development of blockchain business solutions and regulatory compliance strategies
  • Management of strategic client relationships within the financial services sector
  • Drive innovation through rapid experimentation and embracing change

Pay

Salary range: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
