Digital Assets Consultant

About the role

The Banking & Capital Markets Digital Assets Senior Manager will support the development of Accenture’s offerings and the delivery of consulting projects focusing on digital assets within the banking and capital markets sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of digital assets consulting projects
• Assist in designing and assessing operating models, governance, and risk & control frameworks within regulated financial services institutions
• Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver successful tech-enabled transformations and new kinds of value for clients
• Work with business leaders to develop and manage senior client relationships
• Develop and manage next-generation analytic capabilities, such as AI and data models, for digital assets within banking and capital markets
• Select, implement, or operate digital-asset financial crime ecosystem solutions, including transaction monitoring, onboarding, and investigations
• Engage in structured problem-solving and simplifying complex initiatives to improve execution

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development
• Minimum of 2 years of digital assets experience with financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking (incl. payments) and capital markets
• A Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• Transformation strategy or operating model design experience in digital assets within banking and capital markets
• Built next generation analytic capabilities (e.g., AI, GenAI, data models) for digital assets within banking and capital markets
• Selected, implemented or operated digital-asset financial-crime ecosystem solutions (transaction monitoring, onboarding, investigations)
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing senior client relationships
• Successful track record of management and/or technology consulting engagements across the delivery lifecycle
• Structured problem solving and ability to simplify complex initiatives to improve execution
• Advanced degree or financial industry certification

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

Pay

Annual Salary Range: $70,350 to $205,800

Schedule

Travel, as required, up to 80%.
