Digital Assets and Payments Product Lead

Responsibilities
- Supporting delivery of digital assets and payments product, roadmap, and transformation engagements for banking and capital markets clients
- Managing day-to-day workstream activities across product strategy, business requirements definition, backlog prioritization, process design, and implementation planning, with emphasis on digital assets use cases
- Translating client business objectives and user needs into business requirements, user stories, target-state process flows, product roadmaps, and delivery artifacts for digital assets and adjacent payments initiatives
- Coinciding with business, operations, engineering, design, risk, compliance, and legal stakeholders to support execution of product and transformation initiatives involving digital assets capabilities
- Developing analyses, status updates, workshop materials, and recommendations for client stakeholders to support decision-making and implementation across digital assets product and transformation efforts

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in product management, program management, or technology delivery roles
- 4+ years of experience supporting or leading workstreams within technology implementation, product delivery, or business transformation programs
- Experience creating business requirements, user stories, backlogs, process flows, or implementation roadmaps
- Experience in digital assets from at least one prior role, including blockchain, distributed ledger technology (DLT), tokenization, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), stablecoins, digital asset custody, or digital asset operating models
- Experience in payments from at least one prior role, including real-time payments, cross-border payments, card networks, automated clearing house (ACH), wire, or International Organization for Standardization 20022 (ISO 20022)
- Able to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
- Advanced degree, including Master of Business Administration or Master of Science
- Experience with open banking, embedded finance, application programming interfaces (APIs), or API-based payments models
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: retail banking, commercial banking, transaction banking, wholesale banking, cards and payments, private equity, or capital markets
- Experience using Agile, Scrum, hybrid delivery methodologies, or requirements management practices
- Experience working with engineering teams on payments-related APIs, integration patterns, or digital asset platforms
- Certification or training in Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar methodology
Benefits
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $128,000 to $252,500.
Schedule
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
