Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in library science, Archival Administration, Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred; Experience in government or public sector archives preferred Possession of and ability to maintain required certifications including Level III certification from the Indiana Library Certification Board, and Academy of Certified Archivists (ACA) Practical knowledge of microfilm policies and procedures with the ability to scan and proof documents and coordinate and assist in locating documents/films Excellent organizational, communication skills and a sound knowledge of office procedures, basic computer skills including word processing/spreadsheet/presentation and Department-specific software/applications such as document/court case management systems and imaging technology with the ability to apply such knowledge to a variety of processes, tasks and operations Pre-employment background check and drug screen Elkhart County Human Resources 117 N.
