Digital and Print Designer (Remote EST)

Responsibilities

• Designing engaging visual content for marketing campaigns across print, digital, social, email, video, and presentations.
• Collaborating with creative directors, marketers, writers, and project managers to translate strategic goals into compelling designs.
• Conceptualizing and executing creative ideas from initial concept through to final production and preparing production-ready files.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and fast-paced deadlines while maintaining visual consistency and evolving brand standards.
• Leveraging emerging creative technologies, including AI tools, to enhance creativity and streamline production workflows.
• Staying current with design, culture, technology, and emerging trends to bring fresh ideas and creative energy to the team.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5-7 years of graphic design experience on an in-house marketing team or at a creative agency.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in design, communications, or a related field.
• Portfolio: A strong, modern visual design portfolio included on your resume, demonstrating editorial design, print, static and animated paid media, integrated marketing campaigns, and polished execution.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with the ability to strategically leverage AI tools.
• Design Mindset: Strong typography and layout skills, an eye for detail, and a systems mindset with the ability to design across ecosystems (not just individual screens or products).
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a collaborative approach to giving and receiving feedback.

Preferred Pluses

• Experience with Figma and Adobe Firefly.
• Experience creating motion graphics and short-form videos.
• Familiarity with creating templates in Adobe Express and using Slate for social media content.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and PageProof.
