Digital Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op: Spring 2027

Location: New Bremen, OH

About the Role

The co-op will gain hands-on experience on future-state technology development in support of digital manufacturing tools such as autonomous material handling, digital work instructions, and connected factory development.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing process reviews, development, and/or support
• Support development of standard work / work instructions
• Support development of process workflows and documentation of developed processes
• Support development of SharePoint sites / Team Channels
• Participate in development of capital projects with the possibility of supporting professional presentations for manufacturing leadership
• Participation in personal development opportunities such as team building events, software training, and new technology reviews

Requirements

• Candidate must be enrolled and pursuing an Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, or similar technical degree
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude to learn new software in support of manufacturing projects
• Good analytical and communication skills
