About the role
Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Pay
- Hourly wage: $20.50 – $33.50 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage)
- Additional annual or quarterly performance incentives
- Premium pay of $0.35–$3.00 per hour may be added based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met)
