Pay
Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per hour (will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).
Additional compensation includes:
- Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
About the Role
Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pick-up. Associates make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
