Pay
Hourly wage: $17 – $30 per hour (actual rate will meet or exceed the local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.
Schedule
Full-time; available shifts at Neighborhood Market #5143, 8101 East Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
About the role
Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, verify order accuracy before customer pickup, make appropriate product substitutions, and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
