Diffusion Equipment Engineer

Role: Senior Diffusion Equipment Engineer responsible for installing, maintaining, and optimizing diffusion equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Key Duties Perform installation and qualification of diffusion equipment in a new cleanroom setting.Analyze performance data, conduct preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document findings.Collaborate with process engineers to resolve equipment-related production challenges.Manage projects to address hardware gaps and improve equipment performance using project management methodologies.Develop vendor relationships to ensure equipment benchmarks are met and maintained.Implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2+ years industry experience as an Equipment Owner with diffusion equipment.BS or Masters in Engineering, or equivalent military/technical experience with 5+ years industry background.Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training.Understanding or willingness to learn Agentic AI for workflow enhancement.Preferred: Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and proficiency in data science and programming.
