Dietitian-Sports Nutrition Education Coordinator

About the role

Bon Appetit is seeking a Dietitian-Sports Nutrition Education Coordinator in Tuscaloosa, AL. This position offers a $5000 sign-on bonus and relocation allowance. It is full-time, Monday through Friday, with some weekend and evening work required. A Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration is required, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and ongoing success of corporate and client nutrition and wellness programs
• Ensure compliance with nutrition labeling, food allergy, and special diet standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date café menus within our menu management system
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Culinary and Performance Nutrition teams in providing nutrition education and wellness initiatives

Qualifications

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable
• Serve-Safe certification preferred (must obtain within 12 weeks of hire)
• Familiarity with nutrition analysis software is preferred
• Culinary and/or foodservice experience preferred

Pay

$64,000 - $69,000 per year

Schedule

Full time, Monday - Friday, with weekends/evenings/holidays as needed. This position may include light travel within the region.
