About the role
You will assess dietary needs and develop meal plans for patients. In this role, you will act as a counselor to patients, maintain consistent communication with the care team, and update patient records and documents to ensure the highest standards of care and procedures are met.

Requirements
- Certification from an accredited program
- Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion
- Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
