Dietitian - Home Infusion

Role Overview This position supports clinical nutrition care at a healthcare facility, focusing on developing, coordinating, and directing nutrition services to improve patient outcomes. The role involves managing nutritional resources, making decisions affecting patients' total nutrition care, and assisting in the management of TPN and enteral nutrition, often in collaboration with pharmacists. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement outcome-oriented nutrition plans.Monitor and assess patients' nutritional status across various age groups.Assist in managing specialized nutrition therapies such as TPN and enteral feeding.Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to policy development.Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics.Washington Dietitian Certification within 6 months of hire.Registered Dietitian credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.At least 1 year of hospital or home care experience.Preferred experience in enteral/parenteral nutrition and working with pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.Ability to develop nutrition policies and procedures.
