Responsibilities

  • Work alongside facility care teams to promote nutritional well-being while upholding regulatory standards and clinical best practices.
  • Build trust and rapport with residents and facility staff.
  • Communicate effectively and solve problems with confidence.
  • Manage time, documentation, and organizational tasks efficiently.
  • Apply knowledge of clinical nutrition, care planning, MDS Section K, and PDPM.
  • Use EMR systems and basic tech tools comfortably.
  • Work independently while collaborating with the Dietary Solutions team.

Requirements

  • Registered Dietitian (or eligible) and licensed/certified per state requirements, OR
  • Completed an ACEND dietetic technician program and earned an associate's degree at a U.S. regionally accredited college or university, OR
  • Completed an ACEND-accredited didactic program or coordinated program in dietetics and earned a bachelor's degree at a U.S. regionally accredited college or university (registration with Commission on Dietetic Registration preferred).
  • Strong time management, documentation, and organizational skills.
