We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Summary, Qualifications, Duties, Work Schedule, etc. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We must not include Job ID etc. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to map content. We have Summary (description of role) -> could be About the role. Qualifications: includes Basic Requirements, Grade Determinations, Preferred Experience, Physical Requirements. Responsibilities/Duties: Duties section. Work Schedule: given. Pay: not mentioned (GS-11 grade but not salary). Should not create Pay section unless posting actually states them. It mentions GS-11 but not salary; we should not create Pay. Benefits: not mentioned. Skills: maybe we can extract KSAs as Skills section. We need to preserve all substantive info. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

Maybe combine Qualifications and Physical Requirements. But we have Qualifications section heading already; we could use

for that content. We also have Skills (KSAs) could be under Skills. But we must not create thin sections; we can combine. Better: Use headings: About the role, Qualifications, Responsibilities, Skills, Schedule. Let's extract content.
