About the role

TouchPoint at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton, WI provides inpatient dietitian services. The role is for a Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition care for inpatient Med‑Surg units and cross‑coverage for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) as needed. New graduates are welcome. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long‑term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high‑quality, consistent care.
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.

Requirements

• Must be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or be CDR‑eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
