Dietitian

About the Role

We are seeking a consultant dietitian to join our team, serving our long-term care community in Middleburg Heights, OH. This hybrid position offers 24-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule and excellent pay.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team
• Complete the MDS - Section K
• Calculate therapeutic feeding (TF)
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes

Requirements

• Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Dietetic licensure
• Positive attitude and client-centered approach
• Good communication skills
