Responsibilities
- Complete clinical nutrition assessments
- Document with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team
- Perform calculations and make recommendations for enteral and TPN feedings
Requirements
- Credentialed by the CDR
- Dietetic licensure
- Positive attitude
- Client-centered approach
- Good communication skills
