Dietitian

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain weights and provide nutrition intervention as needed
• Conduct nutrition evaluations on admissions and perform monthly weight audits
• Document all nutrition-related resident visits and update care plans
• Deliver meals at point-of-service and adhere to therapeutic diet guidelines
• Train staff on dietary functions and oversee menu planning
• Ensure proper sanitation, inventory management, and safety in dietary areas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from an accredited institution
• Current registration as a dietician through the Committee of Dietetic Registration
• Valid Massachusetts Dietitian and Nutritionist license
• One year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc., desirable
