Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Assesses nutritional needs of patients by reviewing medical records and conducting interviews.
- Develops and implements nutrition care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.
- Makes regular evaluations of patient progress, adjusting nutrition care plans as necessary.
- Provides nutrition education to patients and their families.
- Maintains accurate and complete patient records.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Education Requirement
An Associate's Degree in Nutrition from an AND approved program, required.
Licensure Requirement

Certifications
Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR) or Registration Eligible with completion of exam within 3 months of hire, required.
Skills
Highly proficient technical skills.
Ability to work accurately and efficiently in various organizational systems.
Experience
Experience as a dietetic technician, preferred.
Clinical pediatric experience, preferred.
