Responsibilities
- Processes dietary orders and menus
- Distributes and collects menus, trays and snacks
- Serves nourishments
- Completes tally recount sheets and/or check trays for accuracy, appearance and proper temperature
- Exemplifies excellent customer service standards in all interactions with patients in nutrition customer service departments
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 year experience in the hospitality/health care industry providing customer service
