Dietary Supervisor
Westminster Place | Full Time | Dining Department | 11:30am - 8:30pm Shift. Weekends needed.

Responsibilities
- Supervises Diet Aide staff, including: service briefing before meals, scheduling, and hiring.
- Promote employee skill development through on-the-job training and quarterly seminars.
- Complies with production, handling, and quality food standards related to patient food and clinical nutrition areas.
- Complies with dietary restrictions on special or modified diets to ensure optimal food preferences are met within guidelines of diet order limitations based on current diet manual.
- Attend weekly supervisor and catering meetings, monthly food committee meetings, and resident assessment meetings.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous Dietary Manager experience in a skilled nursing, intermediate care, memory care, or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare dietary regulations.

Pay
$22.95 to $32.09 hourly rate (based on years of experience).
