Dietary Server
About the role
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Dietary Servers to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a fire and passion for working with seniors, a flexible and energetic personality, a high school diploma or equivalent, and one year of experience in a dietary department in a long-term care, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or memory care setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks in service and clean up for meals served to residents in the community.
- Maintain an attractive and sanitary dining room, meal service, and delivery.
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of experience in a dietary department in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting is preferred. Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills and a professional image in both appearance and behavior.
Qualifications
The position requires a strong commitment to serving seniors and a positive attitude. Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is helpful but not required.
