Dietary Server
About the role
Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Dietary Servers to join their team. Ideal candidates will have a fire and passion for working with seniors, a flexible and fun personality, a high school diploma or equivalent, and one year of experience in a dietary department in a long-term care, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, or memory care setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of tasks in service and clean up for meals served to residents in the community.
- Maintain an attractive and sanitary dining room, meal service, and delivery.
Requirements
A high school diploma, or equivalent, is required. One year of experience in a dietary department in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting is preferred.
Qualifications
Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
Skills
A strong ability to work with seniors and a positive attitude are key.
