Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all aspects of the Dietary Department
• Supervise Dietary Staff
• Ensure department cleanliness
• Ensure residents receive meals meeting their nutritional needs
• Ensure residents receive a pleasant and safe dining experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food sanitation certification
• State of Iowa Dietary Manager Certification (C.D.M)
• Prior Dietary Manager experience preferred but not required

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dietary management
• Attention to detail
• Strong leadership skills
