We are currently searching for a Dietary Manager to join our friendly, caring and supportive team at Avantara Arrowhead. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and directing all aspects of the Dietary Department.
• Supervise Dietary Staff.
• Ensure department cleanliness.
• Ensure residents receive meals that meet their nutritional needs.
• Ensure residents receive a pleasant and safe dining experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent minimum education level.
• Serve Safe Manager certification.
• Two (2) years of Dietary Manager experience in a healthcare setting.
• A Dietary Manager Certification (C.D.M.) is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dietary standards and regulations.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a team effectively.
• Attention to detail and customer service orientation.
