Work Schedule and Shift Premiums
- Shifts may vary: 5am - 1:30pm, 11am - 7:30pm, or 7am - 3:30pm
- Scheduled for every other weekend and holiday
- Weekend premium is an additional $1.00/hour

Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Able to follow oral and written instructions and compute basic math problems
- Some cooking experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Organizes daily schedule to accommodate efficient food production and service
- Follows established policies and procedures for food safety and infection control
- Cooks’ food at the proper temperature, for the correct length of time and to minimize the length of time it is at room temperature
- Documents food temperatures before serving food and documents temperatures after meal service
- Utilizes correct portion control measures by weighing or measuring food as indicated
- Follows standardized recipes
- Tastes food during preparation
- Recognizes job relationships and functions effectively within the organizational structure
