Dietary Aide/Waitstaff

About the role

We are currently seeking an attentive and dedicated Dietary Aide/Waitstaff. We offer a clean and well-equipped kitchen with all of the tools you need to be successful. This a kitchen that fosters teamwork, shared experience and an opportunity to learn and grow as a professional.

Responsibilities

Waitstaff/ Server Responsibilities include:

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere
• Work closely with the Dining Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs
• Set tables in accordance with PSL standards
• Serve residents and guests with beverages as requested
• Review daily menu with residents

Requirements

Waitstaff/ Server Education & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent certification (GED) preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience working in the food service industry preferred
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public

Pay and Schedule

Part Time or Per Diem, $16.00 - $17.00 per hour, based on experience
