Dietary Aide (Server)

Description

Wallick Senior Living is seeking a Server at The Ashford at Sturbridge. This position offers a unique approach to senior living, pay-on-demand, and an exceptional benefit package including health, dental, vision insurance, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Serves meals to residents in the dining room following table etiquette.
• Handles meal requests of a resident during meal service.
• Completes setup and cleaning of the dining room before and after each meal service.
• Helps to maintain the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea available to residents.
• Maintains a supply of proper utensils, cups, glasses, etc. for use by the residents.
• Performs other related duties as assigned, including performing grab and go and stocking tasks as necessary.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous waiter experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with co-workers and residents.
• Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from internal and external sources.
• Ability to apply basic math skills.
