Dietary Aide Per-Diem

About the role

We are a rehabilitation and nursing center dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care across our network of long-term care and rehabilitation facilities. With a focus on personalized treatment, comfort, and support, we strive to enhance the lives of our residents and patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Dish room Operations: Operate the dish machine, clean the dish room, and wash pots, pans, and sort silverware.
• Food Preparation & Tray Setup: Prepare sandwiches and set up the tray line with condiments.
• Meal Delivery: Deliver food carts to units and organize resident tickets.
• Beverage & Soup Service: Pour coffee, soups, and clean the coffee pot.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Sweep, mop, and ensure cleanliness in dining areas, storerooms, and other kitchen areas.
• Additional Duties: Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical Capability: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Experience: Experience in food service is a plus.
• Teamwork: Positive attitude and strong ability to collaborate with others.
• Reliability: Dependable transportation is required.
