Dietary Aide (Nutritional Services) - FT/72

Description

• Follow department procedure for tray assembly.
• Utilize weights and measures to assure proper portioning.
• Assist on tray line and deliver trays to patients.
• Follow all sanitation and food safety guidelines.
• Wash dishes.
• Clock in/out at designated times.
• Coin-operated cash register operations when working in the cafeteria.
• Aid in the training of new staff members.
• Attend department specific in-service programs and mandatory hospital wide programs.

This position will work every other weekend and rotating holidays. Hours are 6:00am - 2:30pm, every other weekend and 6:30am - 10:30am, rotating holidays.
