Dietary Aide / Kitchen Staff

About the role

Hibbard Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a family-owned business since 1955, purchased in partnership by Eastern Maine Health Systems and First Atlantic Healthcare in 2013. Located on Guilford Road in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine, we have been providing quality care since 1972 in our modern 93-bed facility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals, snacks, and beverages following facility procedures.
• Serve residents while maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards.
• Set up/take down dining areas and assist with kitchen maintenance.
• Help track kitchen supplies and food items.
• Stay current on facility protocols and state regulations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No prior experience necessary—we are happy to train you!

Qualifications

• Flexibility in scheduling is a must.
• Must be able to work alternating weekends.
• Shifts are a combination of 5:30am - 2pm, 10:30-7, 12-7:30, 1-7:30, and 1-7:30.

Pay

Starting Rate: $15.00 per hour (Wages increase with experience!)
