Join our team in Fenton, just 20 minutes from Flint and less than 10 minutes from US-23. Our Dietary Aides focus on delivering an exceptional culinary experience, ensuring patient satisfaction and creating joy through great food.

Pay

Starting rate: $15.85 per hour ($15.00 base pay plus $0.85 per hour Hero Pay). Yearly wage increases.

Schedule

Full-time position with rotating weekends and some holidays. Shifts available: Days and Afternoons/Evenings. We work with your scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing meals following all necessary guidelines and regulations
• Plate food and assemble trays
• Serve in the dining room or deliver trays to rooms as needed
• Assist with daily cleaning requirements in the kitchen and dining areas
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors
• Foster a positive, healthy environment through kind words and encouragement
