Prepare and Assemble Food Items

• Follow standardized recipes and production requirements
• Ensure quality and consistency of hot and cold food items, including beverages

Stock, Rotate, and Sanitize Pantries

• Stock nursing pantries and bulk nourishments
• Rotate stock to maintain freshness
• Sanitize work areas and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and billing documentation

Service Meals and Maintain Cleanliness

• Serve meals on tray lines
• Record food temperatures and deliver trays to patients
• Use proper identification protocols and isolation procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, floors, and equipment
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively according to required concentrations

Operate Equipment and Process Transactions

• Operate dishroom equipment and café registers
• Process transactions accurately
• Monitor sanitation logs and temperature records
• Take corrective actions as needed

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Basic math skills
• Able to communicate in English
• Good customer service skills
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Physical ability to perform designated job

Education and Experience

• High School Grad or Equiv (preferred)
• Experience in food service or hospitality/healthcare industry (1+ years preferred)

Pay Range

$15.31 - $24.49 per hour
