Dietary Aide - Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Make and serve coffee.
• Helps with food prep as assigned.
• Stock serving areas.
• Set up dining areas.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment, appliances, and work areas.
• Assist with cleaning of dining rooms.
• Utilize dishwasher appropriately and put away clean dishes.
• Light cleaning of common areas.
• Stocking as needed.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Understand nutritional requirements for residents.
• Record drink temperatures and dish machine.
• Be polite and helpful to residents, responding to their requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure efficient and thorough services of all areas assigned.
• Maintain a professional relationship with co-workers & other staff.

Qualifications

• At least 18+ years of age
• Ability to use a dishwasher and record temperatures.
• Ability to pass a TB Test and Healthcare background check.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed.
• Ability to get to and from work reliably when scheduled.

Schedule

Part-time: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm or 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
