Dietary Aide/Dishwasher

Join Bethel Pointe Health and Rehabilitation, where every team member contributes to improving the lives of our residents. As a Dietary Aide, you’ll play a vital role in supporting daily dietary functions and maintaining a clean, safe environment for resident meals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion food items following recipes and menus.
• Assist with tray setup and delivery of meals.
• Stock supplies on delivery days.
• Wash and store pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.
• Sweep, mop floors, and perform other assigned cleaning tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of all residents and their care.
• Keep dietary work areas clean and sanitary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Understanding of safe dietary procedures and the geriatric community.
• Commitment to the best interests of residents and the facility.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with other departments.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Some dietary experience is preferred.
