Dietary Aide

Job Summary

The Dietary Aide will be a competent Support Services employee responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and distribution of food and supplies in the Food & Nutrition Department. This role will provide excellent customer service to all patients and employees.

Qualifications

• High School Degree / Equivalent preferred
• 1 year of food handling experience preferred

What you will do in this role

• Assist with food preparations and ensure that the meals adhere to an individual's specific diet plans
• Strictly follow sanitation standards and hygiene procedures to guarantee the safety and quality of the service
• Perform routine tasks related to clean up and sanitation of kitchen, dining or serving areas
• Prepare, serve and store food in accordance with facility policies
• Utilize service methods and food handling techniques to ensure quality
