About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems, leading cross-functional teams, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance our clients' business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions

• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development or IT consulting
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects and meeting deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL)

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
