Dietary Aide

Essential Job Functions

• Performs a variety of food service duties including cooking, assembling and delivering patient trays.
• Preparing meals and serving food to staff
• Cleaning of kitchen area and other routine duties related to food preparation.
• Completes routine kitchen maintenance including cleaning cabinets, floors and equipment as directed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Knowledge and certification in food handling policies and procedures required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel preferred.

Skills/Competencies

• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.
