About the Role

As a Dietary Aide, you provide exceptional dining services to residents in our Skilled Nursing Center, ensuring meals are delivered safely, accurately, and with outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus and therapeutic diet orders
• Deliver tray service and snacks as directed
• Maintain clean, organized dining and tray service areas
• Set up and reset dining rooms per community standards
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of resident dietary needs
• Review diet boards and daily logs to ensure compliance
• PRACTICE SAFE FOOD HANDLING AND COMPLETE CLEANING ASSIGNMENTS
• SUPPORT RESIDENTS WITH COURTESY AND PROFESSIONALISM

Requirements

You help create a welcoming dining experience while supporting residents’ nutritional health and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in food service or related field preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

Pay

Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.75
