Dietary Aide

Responsibilities

• Assist the dietary staff with meal preparation, food distribution, and sanitation procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards
• Absorb patient/resident meal planning and nutrition counseling as needed
• Monitor and manage food inventory, ordering supplies as necessary
• Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and patient/resident interactions
