About the role

Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri – Saint Robert is a residential treatment facility providing care to adolescents. Located in Saint Robert, MO, Perimeter Behavioral of Missouri’s goal is to provide a responsive healing environment for patients and to inspire hope and contribute to health and well-being by providing the best care to every patient through integrated clinical practice, education, and compassion.

Responsibilities

- Prepare meals in compliance with established dietary guidelines, nutritional standards, and specialty needs. - Collaborate with dietitians and healthcare providers to tailor meals for the medical and behavioral needs of patients, particularly adolescents. - Serve meals promptly, ensuring proper portioning presentations, and a positive dining experience for patients. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including safe food handling practices. - Monitor food supply levels, assist with ordering, and restock ingredients as needed. - Follow all safety protocols and complete the required food safety certification within 30 days of hire.

Requirements

- High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Valid Missouri Driver's License is preferred - At least twenty-one (21) years of age - Experience in a mental health setting (preferably with adolescents), and knowledge of child/adolescent growth and development, and the ability to relate to adolescents with substance abuse or mental health problems is preferred. - Serve Safe certification within 30 days of hire.
