Responsibilities

• Serve residents' meals according to instructions.
• Use proper food handling techniques in plating and serving meals.
• Clean and sanitize the dining area.
• Stock food storage areas and refrigerators.
• Clean, wash, and sanitize dishes, silverware, and utensils.
• Collaborate with dietitians and nurses to monitor patient intake and manage inventory.

Requirements

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Previous experience working with the elderly (preferred).
• Previous experience in a dietary position (preferred).
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
