About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing and implementing innovative solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in project planning and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain high-quality software products
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new technologies and methodologies
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
- Experience leading a team of developers
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C#

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
