Part Time Schedules Available 6:30am-2:30pm and 4:00pm-8:00pm shifts. Holiday & Weekend availability a must.

Responsibilities
- Assist with light food preparation
- Ensure that all therapeutic diets are prepared and served as prescribed on resident's written slip
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Possess the ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a demanding healthcare environment
- Works in conjunction with the dietary supervisor and dietitian to provide a well-balanced meal for the patients
- Follow the Health department rules and regulations on food preparation
- Sanitation of the department will be maintained in accordance with Federal, State, County and City regulations
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited high school or GED preferred
- Past experience preferred, but we will train the right people
- Must have knowledge of basic principles of foods and nutrition, food sanitation and service, familiar with large scale purchase and preparation of food
- Must be well groomed and willing to wear hair covering
