Dietary Aide

About the role

The dietary aide assists the cook in the preparation and service of meals. Utilizes protective gear in all appropriate functions. Places prepared food on plates/trays in accordance with tray tickets in line with our established policies. Prepares and delivers food and trays, washes dishes, and cleans and sanitizes the kitchen according to health standards.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes.
• Cleans and sanitizes the kitchen according to health standards.

Qualifications

• Long-term skilled dietary aide in a nursing facility experience preferred.
• Kitchen experience if possible but not limited.
• High School/Equivalent to diploma.
• Part-Time.
• Variated Shift.
• Minimum 18 hrs a week, Weekends and holidays a must.
